Street Legal Golf Carts are licensed vehicles and require a valid driver's license to operate.  Golf carts may be driven on roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less. Department of Transportation seat belts, windshield, and wipers.  Must be 21+ to rent, 18+ to drive.

Weather Policy:  Full refunds will be issued for "Named" Tropical Storms and Hurricanes with Mandatory Evacuation being required in Bay St. Louis, MS.  Cancellation Policy:  A 6% fee will be charged for all cancellations prior to a 30 days of rental date.  A 50% fee will be charged, or Voucher for a later date, for cancellations after 30 days & prior to 1 week of rental date.  No refund or voucher for cancellation will be issued within 7 days of rental.
